I was born a very young child and I'm a long time human being. I beleive joy and laughter are the best medicine, best accompanied by other members of the human race. I have a tremendous sense of humor, but I also understand the serious side of life.
I began practicing Fearless Living in June 2004 when I felt stuck in a career. That foundation transformed into further work on my relationships, education, money, and health. During that time I experienced divorce, cancer, and job loss. But I also achieved financial freedom, developed a wide group of friends, lost weight, and graduated with his MBA. 
I am  a member of the Northwest Coaches Association. Members of the NWCA share their practice with other coaches each month and receive ongoing continuing education and training. I completed my MBA in Fall 2006 from the University of Phoenix. I spent a decade working for two local social service organizations and volunteering for three arts/history/education non-profits.
I've spent hours delivering Meals-On-Wheels, pulling out invasive weeds in public parks, providing history tours throughout the state of Oregon, and singing in a men's peace choir.
